Kasaraa Return Policy

At Kasaraa, we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We offer a 15-days return and replacement policy for all unused and unworn items, AND in the same condition as when they were delivered, Simply ensure your item meets the conditions mentioned to qualify for our no-hassle return policy.

Kasaraa reserves the right to process refunds after inspecting the returned items to ensure they meet our return standards. If you have purchased a Kasaraa product from a source other than the Kasaraa Website, Kasaraa App, please refer to the return policies of the original place of purchase.

Please note that any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Refund Policy

If you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.

We thank you for shopping with Kasaraa and appreciate your understanding.

Replacement & Exchange: You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.

Return Process: You can initiate a return request from our website or app. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process. Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.

Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post and reimburse all reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs 70) incurred by you for processing such returns.
In case the charges exceed Rs. 70, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 70 will be adjusted against the customer’s refund. In case of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs.70 towards shipping charges with their refund.

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

1 – Question :- will the jewellery polish go ?
All of our products have a high grade rhodium plating done on them which lasts for two years under ideal conditions. Visit our Jewellery care page for more information on how you can care for your kasaraa jewellery.

2 – Qusetion :- what metal and stone used in the jewellery ?
Everything that kasaraa creates is handcrafted from hypoallergenic 925 silver jewelry, AAA graded zircons and natural stones like opal,moonstone,Amethyst.

3 – Qusetion :- Kasaraa provides lifetime jewellery polishing ?
Yes , kasaraa does provide a lifetime promise for jewellwry polishing.

1 – Question:- what is the size of the ring ?
Kasaraa offer mostly adjustable rings, while non – adjustable rings have their zsize specified in the product description for customer reference.

2 – Question :- could you please add a note while delivering the parcel ? I forgot while ordering ?

3- QUESTION :- Could you kindly verify if my order has been confirmed?
All prepaid orders are confirmed by default. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to confirm.


Delivery Questions

1- Question :- what is the estimated delivery date for the order ?
We work with leading logistics partners in India to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Once your order is confirmed, it takes us 1-5 days to dispatch it depending on whether it is in stock or not. The product is delivered within 3-6 working days post dispatch.
We will also send you the tracking details of your order on your registered email id,whatsapp and SMS.

2- Question:- my order hasn’t arrived yet.how can i reach the delivery company ?
We sincerely apologize in case your order is delayed; please reach out to us through Whatsapp on 8287118383 with your registered phone/email. Send us your order number and we will escalate the issue with our delivery partner.

3- Question :- what is the process to send back the order?

4- Question :- How i can stop my order from being delivered?
Sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. You can reach out to us through mail or whatsapp and we will help you with the cancellation if your order has not been shipped yet. Just for feedback, please do let us know what caused you to cancel your order; this will help us improve in future.

5- Question :- How i can update the address for my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched; we would be able to change your delivery address. Just reach out to us on whatsapp or through mail and we will make the necessary changes. However if the order has already been dispatched it would not be possible for us to change the address.

6- Question :- Can i get my order delivered faster if i pay extra ?
We already airship most of our orders – so we do not require you to pay extra. Please just reach out to us and we will try our best to help!

7- Question :- Is it possible to wrap my order as a gift ? How do i find out ?
Yes, in such special requests, we do offer gift wrapping services for your order. Please contact us on whatsapp 8287118383, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Note that there is an additional charge of 250 INR for gift wrapping. Feel free to reach out to us for more details, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the gift wrapping options.

8- Question :- Can you call me on my number while delivering ?
We work with leading delivery partners and most of them should give you a call before delivering the order. However, this is not something that we can guarantee as there are third party delivery agents involved.

9- Question :- Can i pay online for my order when i receive ?
Most of our shipping partners offer to collect COD payment via GPay/PhonePe – so you can request the delivery person to receive the payment via UPI. However this is not something we can guarantee as there are third party agencies involved.

10- Question :- My order as canceled without my request.How can i buy it again ?
Sorry to hear that your order was cancelled without your intention. For all COD orders that are missing critical information, we reach out to customers to get a confirmation/update so we can ship their order. In case we do not hear back for 7 days, we might cancel your order. But if you would still like to receive your order, please let us know and we will ship your order out again.

11- Question :- What should i do if my discount code isn’t working ?
Sorry to hear that your coupon code is not working, coupon codes are case sensitive, so please make sure that there are no typos while you are entering the code. Please also check the expiry date of the coupon code.
